They don't go fast at all. You won't be racing any of them on a dirt track that is for sure. If you want something that is kinda fast and you can beat the snoot out of it, then get a Stampede

Nothing yet, to many other projects going on now.
Will look into the RCs a little bit later.
Not sure if I really want a crawler that goes slow, I would also like something that goes fast, so I need to research some more.

I had an old RC10T ages ago. My dad and I used to race and a really nice indoor track in Livermore. I gave it to my brother when I upgraded to a Losi XX buggy, and quit racing shortly after that. I have a TC3 that I picked up a couple years ago to race, but I never had the time. Talk about a massive $$ sink though, I shudder to think what I've spent on that stuff over the years...

Alright guys, I need a pro here.
I bought a Savage X 4.6 this weekend. I have everything I need to run it, except an idle.
I've tried to get this thing running for what seems like forever (About 3 hours), and I can't get anywhere. I've heated it with a hair dryer, I've toyed the mixture screw a little bit. I've discharged 3 7.2 batteries about half a dozen times each and the plug igniter twice.
After each time I check to see if the thing floods, and it's not.
There seems to be a lot of fuel being blown out the exhaust, and I'm the one about to blow a gasket now.
Does anybody have any other ideas?

Just tried an extra one that I bought. I got a little bite out of it, and it died when I removed the igniter.
Tried it again, and it wouldn't even get me that far.
I've been leaning out the mixture as I've tried going starting, but it still seems to be a no go. I called the hobby shop and they told me a bunch of crap that was either in the manual, or little tips that didn't get me anywhere ahead.
I'm a bit bitter.
