Thanks guys! I'm pretty stoked to get it done!

Can't wait to see what it will finally look like either.

Will probably update tomorrow.

Dremel on the fenders is the plan for now. Gonna see how that works out might step it up to the angle grinder. We'll see. Deff gonna use the angle grinder for the firewall tubbing.

I think it looks crazy in those pics A because the tires weren't actually mounted to the truck and B the fenders weren't cut... but they are now

Got out there this morning and started off with a BANG!
I was attempting to add one of my stock leaf springs to my Allpro 3" pack.. well wasn't very easy. Especially while the leaf pack was still mounted to the shackles and front mount

Anyway, got the passenger side done and decided I wouldn't get the fenders trimmed if I added a leaf to the drivers side. So I'll do it sometime this weekend.

Alright! On to the fenders. I only did the rear today. I'm tearing into the front this weekend cause its going to take the longest..
Originally I was going to trim them with a dremel but I burnt through 1 disc in like 3" of metal. So I stepped it up to my angle grinder. It didn't come out perfect but after I got back from testing the fit I smoothed it a bit with a flap disc. I also didn't have to trim the rear bumper at all!
After I got it looking pretty good I put some clear silicone on the edge and threw some door edge guard from Orieleys over the edge. Came out GREAT!

Pics:

BTW. These tires mounted on a 16X8 with 35PSI measure exactly 35" with no weight on them.

I seriously have been thinking so hard about it dude, I'd love to get it SAS'ed. Maybe by the beginning of next summer I'll get something figured out, I've also looked and seen how high prices are on the kits and such, but I have a friend switching out the solid axle on his rig, maybe I'd see if he could hang onto his old one for me, I could go over and see what's up with it. No welding skills is also not good, I'd need some professional help.

LOL I only rolled around like that for a little bit while I went and picked up the door edge guard and the silicone. Looks weird I know. But I'm still on all 4 33's for now. It's going to be pretty sweet in the rocks I'm sure. Might be a little jumpy until I get my crawl box ready.

Yeah, theres not much in the way of "kits" for our trucks. Hence why every tacoma sas is different. Same with the 3Rd gens.

Better start reading on pirate

Yeah haha. I know there isn't anyone out there that makes a real 'kit' for our trucks (if only there was), but just the prices for the pickups and 1st gen runners are pretty damn high lol. Definitely, a lot, a lot, of reading will have to be done.

Scuba you're gonna love those MTR's! I just put some 33X12.5's on my 4Runner a couple weeks ago and they are by far the best tire I have ever driven on! I haven't done any tough wheeling yet, but I hit some easy trails and they will get you through just about anything. My wallet is hurting and I'm sure yours is too but they are definitely worth the $$$. I can't wait to see them all mounted and installed!

With how thin my wallet is I better like em!
No but seriously. I'm sure they're great. And I'm very excited to get em on. Thanks for the feedback!
