i set the 1uz in to see what needed to happen. it was a pita to get bolted to the trans. the wole trans and everything will need to be moved back probly 5 inches witch sucks to the extreme!! i already had to make a cross member once.. NOOO!!! haha anywhoo, it looks pretty damn good in there i think!

and btw im not doing my swap like most people where they spend 5 billion hours cleaning everything and replacing every part on the motor before it goes in cause i got my motors from a pull yourself junk yard, so im more concerned with if the motor even runs. i bought two so that i have a backup and BOTH compression tested with great numbers!

so if the motor runs awesome ill do timing belt, plugs, wires ect!! more pics as i progress!

It's sitting with a clean frame waiting for me to set the 1uz back in to make motor mounts, I built one of my turbo trucks and it side tracked me.. now I opened a shop and me and a friends are doing a full build on a tacoma for a guy right now, so it'll be a bit. Haha

ALRIGHT!!! i finally found some time and ambition to get this beeotch done!! got the motor mounts done and the 1uz bolted in her home two nights ago!! on my way to my shop to TRY and figure some wiring out!!

ya, i seem to get pretty lucky when i do. now lets keep our fingers crossed that its a good motor :/ if all goes right ill have the wiring done tonight and should be able to hear her run tomorrow!!
