I can't imagine how'd they enforce that. Every single car rolling off the lot would be in violation!

 

Here in PA if you cover the web addy they have on the plates you can get a ticket

 

yep, heard it on the gnews the other morning. I was kind of glad because everytime my wife drops her runner off at Dong McGill for service they stick those things on. I take them off immediately and they stick a new set on when it rolls in. Next time I am going to tell the service lacky not to put those things on unless they plan on paying me advert fees!
