Window Motor Rebuild?

Can it be done? My passanger side motor went, upon taking apart I realized that one of the brushes broke. Can you get new ones? The dealer wants $300.00 for a new one. I can get one from a salvage yard for $40, but I gotta believe that the brushes can only cost a few bucks.

I used to work in an auto electric shop. We were never able to find a source for small brushes (at wholesale), but did find some at a small appliance repair store. Might see if you have one nearby.

Thanks. I'll have to look around.
