I run 32's on my 95 4runner. I've got 15" wheels with 2.5" backspacing, I got all four wheels for $75 if that helps explain the backspacing, and 2 1/4" daystar spacers. The only rubbing issues I've had were on the valance, but I wanted to rip it off anyways.

i ran 32x11.5 R15 BFG AT's on AR black steelies, on my '95. I had a 1" lift in the back only and an ARB bull bumper on the front. They rubbed a little at the right angle in reverse on the back of the front wheel wells but that's about it.

I had the Performance Products 1" progressive springs, about $200 and easy to install. Totally worth it, but upgrade i made on that truck.

33x10.50 and 32x11.50 both fit stock heights as long as you're running a 15x8 w/ 3.75 - 4.5" backspacing.
