where can I find a weber carb?

for an 81 you are going to want the 32/38 weber....
you can get it on ebay sometimes... also www.lcengineering.com has them but they are new and seem to be expensive there... do search fro them on the internet, yahoo, google, etc

actually on an '81, it should have a 22R. the 22R carb has a higher CFM rating than the 32/36. i'd go with the 38mm.
have you tried carbs.net? i've dealt with them and have had very good luck buying their parts. you can always check ebay as well
