What size Rims for 32x11.5 R15
Ive heard rumor that stock rims from a 2nd Gen (7" R15) are too small for 32x11.5 tires.
What is a better size? 8"? 7.5? 9?
Cheers

I have 32x11.5 BFG Muds on stock 7" 4runner rims and they are fine. You will not have any problems...

it's recommended that you stay within 4 inches of the tire width, so the prefered methodis to upgrade to 8 inch wide rims, however, as westy is stating from experience, it will still work with stock 7's

7" stockers will work just fine. i run 33x12.5 on 8" rims. going up one size from 31's wont pose that much of a threat. save your cash for something else, tear up those stockers first.

I ran the stock 7" alloys for two sets of 32 x 11 BFG AT's. Make sure you rotate routinely. Mine had a tendency to get some odd wear on the outside of the front tires - although this was due in a big part to a bad alignment or two.

I ran 32/12.5-15s on stock 7" rims for a long time (about 45k miles, on road and off) with no problems.

Shold be no problem on 7" rims, although you may have to shop around for a tire shop to mount them. I run 33x10.50s on my stock 6" rims (same width difference) and they work great, air down nice off-road and aired up the are decent on the road. You have to work on finding a good pressure to run on the road.
