It's the removeable rubber layer between the top plate and coil.

They sell the top plate as one unit the metal top w/ rubber removeable layer.

Not sure about the bushings/washers...

So I went there today to see if I could get just the rubber bushing and they told me no I have to buy the whole top plate assembly.

So I am assuming that these are pretty much useless.

Unless antone has an idea on how or where to get the rubber seal?

They don't sell those rubber isolators seperately anywhere that I know of.
You might try a junkyard and just buy the entire mount.
