This thread has been a great reminder for me. My 85' Supra has been exhibiting symptoms lately that I thought were being caused by either a loose spark plug wire or a dirty fuel filter, but it dawned on me now that it might just be dirty injectors. Especially since I havent added cleaner to the tank in a long time. I'll pick up some Techron and we'll just see what happens after a couple of applications. Thanks all, for the reminder.

I just bought a bottle of Techron today. I am going to get into the routine of adding a bottle everytime I get an oil change, so I get some kick and cleaning along w/ the new oil. The stuff really works well! :beaver:

I am not sure if you can mail order the BG or not.
Have you tried contacting them from their home page?

I also hear some GM dealers carry the stuff.

The Amsoil FI cleaner is just as good as the BG44K IMO, and I use it about every 3rd or 4th tank or so.
4 oz I put in then.

Plus it's more economical as you can buy the one gallon jug, and use the smaller bottle that has the oz markings on it to refill it up to whatever you want to add to your tank.

Yeah, although I have yet to actually buy the stuff, I was able to locate a dealer through a few calls. You can call BG to find a distributor in your area, then call the distributor to find a retailer. Sort of a roundabout way, but it gets the job done.

I found the BG44K in the place I least expected to find it...at my local Toyota dealership.

More Toyota dealers used to carry it, but now some are switching over to MOC. None of my local dealers carry BG any more.
