wet okoles in washing machine?

wet okoles in washing machine?
Anyone ever run their okoles through the washing machine? Mine are pretty grungy after a summer's worth of abuse and I need to get them cleaned up. The washing machine would be easier than doing them by hand. I figured cold water and a few drops of the shampoo couldn't hurt them. Then I'd just let them air dry.

I've never put mine in the washing machine... but I don't think that the constant churning of a washing machine will be good for the neoprene.. it might cause it to wrinkle.. (but then again I could be totally wrong).
