Well, this weekend I had the pleasure of installing my new TJM-17 bumper, new corner lights, and rear tail lights. I also did the silencer removal too. Let me tell you, just doing that little thing makes a big difference on the 3.0. Wow!!! Plus as an added bonus it sounds really cool too. For any of you that have the 3.0 and have not done this mod, what are you waiting for. Now I can't wait to install my headers from Downey to see what the added benefit is with the new exhaust.

Now I just have to wait till Wednesday to recieve my suspension lift and some other stuff for my truck. It feels a lot like Christmas right now.

I'll get some pictures up as soon as I can. I need a new battery for my dig camera.

what exactly is a silencer removal, I have a 3.4 can you do it with that also..? oh yeah where are the PICS. get them up so we can see what you did. all the mods sound great.

for your 3.4 check out the tech section. There is a great write up on it. From the sound of it and based upon the feed back from everybody that has done it there is more of a power gain thain from the 3.0 silencer removal. As to the pictures I haven't been able to buy a new battery yet. It takes a special battery that is like $40, which is BS as far as I am concerned, but there is not much I can do about it.
