it all depends on the placement of the hoses. if there higher or lower than your radiator this has been a recall on many fords that have problems.

I flushed the radiator and changed the t-stat about 3500 miles ago.
I topped off the antifreeze and let it run for about 20 min and drove it for about 10 min and it never once tried to get hot according to the gauge but we all know how accurate factory gauges are.
There was good pressure on the upper hose while it was running and up to temp.
I'll probably just go ahead and have to pump and timing belt and all that good stuff changed since its about that time.
What all should I get changed while I'm having the pump and belt changed? Besides the pump and t-belt I know the cam and crank seals and the drive belts are reccomended. What else should I have done?
1 final question, where should I get the parts and toyota pink a-freeze? I would just take it to the dealer because they are believe it or not very honest, but its 30 miles away and seeing as how I don't know whats wrong with it, I ain't driving it that far.
