Anyone know much about the 12,000lb milemarker?
It looks like a nice winch the 12,000lb milemarker is faster in line pulls than the warn. It has a 5.5 HP motor and has 100ft of 3/8 cable and comes with a roller fairlead included. I wonder if it would fit my TJM T-17 even though it says it can only run upto a 9,000lb winch.

damn it you guys. I wanted to run synthetic in mine, but when I saw the cost. It was out of the question, and now you show me a synthetic rope which is still expensive ($150). But its something I might consider

It has the same bolt down pattern as a Warn M8000-10"x4.5"(If that's what you mean)

Have you ever heard of snatch blocks?

The M8000 is the best bang for the buck and I'd highly recommend getting a synthetic rope and fairlead. When I took the cable and roller fairlead off my rig it saved 30lbs. and now the front doesn't feel nose heavy.

The rockstomper ropes are well made and inexpensive compared to Warn's prices!

I wish I would've gone w/ synthetic from the get go. The steel cable ended gouging up the support rods on my winch as well as my bumper from when it "bunched" up. You'll never have to worry about this w/ synthetic line. The weight savings alone as mentioned IMHO is worth the cost. I hated handling steel cable and will run nothing but synthetic now.
