Wow those are beautiful trucks.. You got an awesome bunch of trucks to on the beach with.

 

IFS and big heavy swampers? Those guys really know how to build trucks....

 

They look cool. At least we can be sure they all know how to change CV axles

 

The swampers are cool, but there is too much lift for the tire size and I dont like the wheel choice. Makes the trucks look like Walmart R/C trucks IMO.

 

agreed. not from experience, but from reading...you want more of an all terrain for the beach, and not a monster truck with swampers.

 

only in hawaii do you find people using boggers for a daily driver :pat:

 

and only in hawaii will you find people stupid enough to run tires that are the same width as the wheels.

 

its the "style" here. like i said in other posts, 90+% of trucks never see anything but highway

 

my friends race car has tires as wide as they are tall.....and we are in CA
his rims are 15x16s

Run'em hard. No matter if they only see the road. I take my 2wd into light off road condtions. I love lifted trucks, they are awsome. For me I dont care for the usage, Im just glad that other people love thier trucks too. Here in Hawaii we go big or go home. That why I keep my truck off the scene I want to be able to clear thoes tiny 35's, before I go out. Hahaha. Today I seen 2 trucks in the parking lot today, with 40s. But there a truck even higher thoes 40s are looking small now days. I sent to on shop where they sad a SAS yota with the bottom of the doors at the height of my chin. The crazy part is Im 5'8" I cant even guess how big the tires are
