URGENT: Body mount help

So I am in the process of installing a 2" RB body lift and full OME suspension on my girlfriends 99 4runner. At first I was going to try and do the body lift but that didn't work out so I started on the suspension lift. Got the suspension lift all finished up and started to work on the body lift. Finally the body started coming off the frame so we decided to get some work done on it. Now, for the life of me, I can't figure out where these body mount bushings go (the bushings you install before you put the nut and washer on to tighten it all down). Going from front to back, I've figured out that the short bushings go in front, followed by tall bushing and no bushings in the back (just big washers). That leaves me with 6 mounts already taken care of. The 4 that I'm scratching my head over are the ones second from the back and third from the back. All of the stock rubber body mounts are long with sleeves on them and I'm left with 2 more tall body mount bushings and 2 short ones. The short bushings are too short to tighten down all the way but we can't find anything else anywhere in the garage so these must go somewhere If anyone can take pictures or let me know which bushings go where, that would be extremely helpful!!!

Are you talking about the stock bushings or the replacement poly bushing kit I make?

If the poly bushings, see:

The bushings and lift blocks are installed as marked:

F-A-B-C-R:
Front
A-pillar
B-pillar
C-pillar
Back

If the stock bushings, the middle (A-B-C) mounts should all be very similar.
