Tune Up Tips Tacoma 98 Sr5 4x4
Hi I Have a 98 Sr5 4x4 Tacoma Truck!!! Could some body tell me wich oil and how many can I use in My Tansfer Case as well as in the differential!! I am trying to give my Truck some love any more useful Tips!! Thanks and Happy Holidays!!

Hey, I just did my front and rear differential as well as the transfer case. They all take 75W-90 gear oil or something like that. That is what I put in mine. Be sure the front and rear differential gear oil is rated for hypoid differentials (I think most of it it). My Haynes manual says 2.1 quarts for the front, 3.1 quarts for the rear (if it is a locker) and 1.2 quarts for the transfer case. Hope this helps!
