Another option is the Edelbrock headers from www.summitracing.com. Have them shipped to HPC or Jet Hot, then shipped back out to you. Living in CAN is going to be a shipping cost nightmare though, so add everything up carefully and weigh the cost.

I think all the horror stories about headers not sealing is either a defective product or a defective installer, or a combo of both. You really should check the flatness at the flange before you get into the install anyway. The install took me about 10 hours on my own. It would have took me 8 had I just sawed off the crossover pipe like everyone said to.

I am happy with the gains and the quality thus far. I have had mine for about 6 months.

TRD actually sent me a set of copper gasket. I tried them but my headers still leaked. Eventually I ened up actually welding the flange that connected the passenger side header to the crossover pipe. It worked great, but it also caused the flange connecting the driver side header to the crossover to leak. Unfortunatelt that flange was not accessable enough to weld it. That was the final straw and the truck was traded.

MoveOvr.....if you can't get the TRD 7th injector kit, I would bo with the URD fuel kit. It will be money much better spent. I sincerely tell you that if you start having problems with headers, it is a nightmare. The hardest part of the URD install would have to be the fuel pump. I actually have the Walbro fuel pump and it only took about two hours. The rest of the kit would not be that bad. Besides, your supercharger and engine will run like more efficiently and safely with the proper timing and fuel. Additionally, a supercharger can complicate any problems you have with headers. Forced induction coming in means higher velocity and hotter exhaust coming out. This has a way of blowing through seals quickly.
