Exclamation Transmission Solenoid problems

Hey whats up guys. I read many of you post about solenoids. I replaced all of them becuase i was getting a code 62 for shift solenoid and 64 for a lockup. I replaced the solenoids from Transtec and now my truck stumbles and dies when i put it in drive. It also makes a horrible noise. have any of you had this problem. its a 22RE 4wd a340f auto tranny... PLEASE HELP!!

ok i found out the problem.. The idoit (me) decided to put the lock up solenoid in place of the shift solenoid. the next question is what would cause a code 62 and 64 to keep comming up i jumped 12volts to each solenoid and the all work, the also read 13 ohms which is within specs. Does anyone have any ideas

I gather you cleared the computer by removing the battery cable for a minute or so?

ok problem solved. it turns out when the tranny got hot (fluid) the resistance in the solenoids jumped up way high. got all new solenoids from transtar for 140 bucks! truck acually feels like it has power and torque again.
