i need to know what would be a good fluid type for my 95 4x4 automatic transmission.also should i use lubegard or not.i recently had the trans out for a rear main seal replacement.the old fluid didn't look to bad,so no flush just a filter and fluid change.

 

Not sure about automatics but I use synthetic valvaline with power punch in my manual and it really did the trick to smooth things out.
