go with the Revos
I say the Revos, they are super smooth, and very very quiet for an AT tire, or for an all season tire for that matter AND if you have a Costco membership they are very fairly priced and include lifetime rotations and balancing! I love mine, I have over 10,000 miles on them now and they look new, they still actually have some of the nips on them! Very impressed and will buy them again in another 50,000 miles

If you dont go offroad, dont get an A/T. The michelins will serve you better for just on road.
I have the Revo's and love them, they stick really well on road and ride just as comfortabel as the Dunlops that came with the 4RUnner. I also have a 03 Runner and had the DUnlop AT20's. The Revos will grip better on raod and handle better, their ride are similar to the Dunlops in terms of comfort. They are noisier than the Dunlops and might cost you a very small difference in gas mileage but I bet you will not really notice it.
I got the P rated Revo's (I have 17" wheels so that all I could get), I think the LT rated will ride a bit harder due to the stronger sidewalls. But even with my Ps I have not had issues offroad (sure I dont rock crawl), but I have doen some interesting stuff.
So if you want to do a bit of offroad get the Revo's, if you are just interested in pavement driving get MIchelins. I dont think the Revos will give you the same thread life as the Michelins, most people seem to see 50k miles as the limit for the Revos while the Michelins will easily exceed that.
