Timming Belt tensioner

I was wondering how often you should replace it, if any replacement is required? I got abot 150 miles on it right now and contiplating replacement when doing the belt.

150 miles ain't much. I am thinking you meant to say 150K. I'm still using the original one on my 3vze and I have over 300K miles on it.
