Tie Rod End Questions

Working on replacing my tie rod ends right now. I got the drivers side done with no issues, it looked like it had been replaced before. The passenger side has been giving me all kinds of issues. It looks like it's the factory stuff still. I can't for the life of me get the damn jam nut to loosen. Is the passenger side reverse threaded? (Left Tight, Right Loose) playing around with the replacement it doesn't seem like it but I could certainly be wrong. I soaked both sides in PB Blaster every day for a full week before.

If I can't get it would it work to just disconnect the outer link and pull both the inner and outer together as one piece? I can't think of a reason why it wouldn't but in all the write-ups I've read I haven't seen anybody do it this way.

I searched all over and couldn't find answers to these specific questions, I apologize if they have indeed been asked before. Thanks in advance for the help.

I'm talking about the jam nut at the connection between the inner and outer tie rod. If I could pull both the inner and outer as one unit, I could care less about getting the jam nut loose (I'm just going to throw out the old inner, outer, and jam nut and replace with new anyway). All I would have to do is replace the boot as well. I don;t see any reason why it wouldn't work, I assume everyone does it the other way because they are trying to salvage some of the parts.

Mine were bonded to the OTRE as well. I had to cut the old jamb nut with the dremmel cut off disc and separate with a chisel and hammer. It was either that or spend more money on a new bigger wrench.
