was the shock/strut as a whole assembly when you purchased it, or did you put the struts into the coil and put everything together piece by piece? If you put it together, the cup the spring sits in could be installed wrong. Or you might've left out a rubber piece in the top plate.. I dont know. Check and recheck everything according to the install sheet that came with the shocks.

High speed vibes tend to point to balancing/tire problems. Are your lugs torqued (at least 83 lbft)?

Did you torque the lower shock bolt TIGHT (101 lbft)?

What else did you disassemble/reassemble?

Yea definetly need pics.

Also, jack the front of the truck up, and grab the front wheels at 12 o'clock and 6 o'clock and wiggle it up and down. Do the same at 9 and 3. See if there is any play. Have a buddy look at the suspension and tie rods if you detect any play.

did you buy the coilpacks pre-assembled or did you break yours down and just replace the struts? either way, do you know FOR SURE that you put them on the correct sides? Driver Side actually ON the Driver Side? the driver side assembly is slightly longer. if you put it on the pass side, and vice-versa, you'd end up w/ about a 3/4" difference in height...

the vibration is most likely from alignment issues from the change in suspension geometry.

get the rig level, and if the vibration is still there, take it in and have them check the alignment...

There are colored dots on stock springs in the front, which color goes on which side? This would make it easier for him to figure out if he is right or not, unfortunately I don't know which is which...
