Stinger Flashlight Mod
I just installed my rechargable Stinger flashlight. It came with a cig adapter but I cut that off and hard wired it with an in-line fuse. It only charges when the ignition is on so I don't have to worry about battery drain.
I really wanted to mount it somewhere else but could not find a place that was not in the way of something so this will due.

This model is the 75014 Stinger and it comes with a car and house charger retails for 99.00, A buddy of mine is with the Sheriff's dept and got it for me from Galls at their cost $50.00
IMHO they are way better than Mag Light for the size and it has 15,000 CP. Don't get me wrong I like my Mag Light and still use it, but for a compact light that really shines you can't beat them.

Stingers are WAY better than maglights!
I personally have a Surefire 6P in my truck - powerful little sucker
I should really figure a way to somehow mount that light externally so I'm not constantly digging around in my compartments

This thread is 6yrs old DeMented... I don't think there ever were any pics of the install... in any case Bob has not been active here for over 5yrs so I think your chances of getting an answer from him are slim at best.
A popular place to mount flash lights however is either along the side of the centre console or in the little depression between the seat and the door sill, I carry my maglight there and it has never been an issue. Another location that has been used to attach a bracket is the ridge that the front seat bolts are attached to but be careful if you choose to mount here you may interfere with the seat travel.
Sorry I can't be more help...
