Speck of spark plug ceramic in cylinder head

Was having the pleasure of removing an extra tight drivers side far back spark plug on my 5vzfe. When I pulled the plug out I saw the ceramic had cracked, wish I realized that before I took the plug out. Vacuumed it all up except for two specks that for the life of me I cannot get. Here is a photo of one of the specks on my bore scope:





It must be the size of a grain of sand. Both specks are at the edge of the piston where there's a groove which may be why it's impossible to suck up. Would I be an idiot if I started the truck? Should I keep vacuuming? Been working on this for hours and hours.

Maybe get something flexible but a bit rigid like a pipe cleaner and put a dab of grease on the end to get the piece.
