So I'm driving home the other day when all of a sudden

I smell ozone badly. I just know I have an electrical fire! It's a long windy road so traffic is spaced out far enough that I can start looking under my dash while driving....I look here...I look there....no smoke like my porsche did when i had a short circuit under the dash so i keep driving...I pull up over a hill and up behind the cars in front of me at a stop light...Low and behold I'm behind a Car and Driver Test line of 12 TOYOTA PRIUS's !!!!

Guys, YOU STINK!!! I WAS SMELLING THOSE ENGINES 1/4 MILES BACK AND THINKING I WAS ON FIRE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've got one you can test drive! He/she (shim) has been hanging around my yard at night, and my dog right in the face two weeks ago.

have you ever driven a prius? they are wierd... the tranny doesnt have park, but a push button park, it wont start unless the key fob is inserted into the dash, and you press the start button with your foot on the brake... it also has some wierd interlock features that wont let certain gears shift and whatnot.... i know this because we had one at my work the otehr day.... i got stuck in the parking lot trying to figure out how to drive it for 5 minutes....

Sheesh. hehehe. I suppose they'll get it all ironed out one day but I'm pretty happy with my gas guzzling internal combustion engine.

ozone is a triatomic very reactive form of oxygen that is a bluish irritating gas of pungent odor, that is formed naturally in the atmosphere by a photochemical reaction and is a major air pollutant in the lower atmosphere but a beneficial component of the upper atmosphere, and that is used for oxidizing, bleaching, disinfecting, and deodorizing

Are you sure it's not just some money thing that has been made up about oil?
Kinda something like, and excuse so that oil company's can SAY that they are cutting production of barrels so they can jack up prices, meanwhile having plenty of fuel to go around? All for the cost of getting my $1 a litre
