SMT6/7 or Plasma Booster?

I'm in the mood for an engine modification. But, I don't want to be redundant. I'd like an SMT6 or SMT7, but I already have an Apex'i S-AFC. I know the SMT does more than that, but I don't want to replace anything I already have.
How about the Plasma Booster from Ignition Solutions?

What are your thoughts?

I'm seriously thinking about the plasma booster. The SMT sound appealing, but labor intensive. I might just save my money and get a Unichip.

Naturally I am going to be more bias about the SMT6, it is the system I am more familiar with but at the end of the day it comes down to what you need to do and what you are going to do later on.

I went to the Plasma booster website, from what I can see this is just an ignition management system, if you didn’t already have the Apexi system I would have definitely suggested the SMT6 instead. But where you are now I could only say it would be a pain switching between two systems when tuning.

Unichip and SMT6 are good products but remember at the end of the day all three options are just tools that allow us to tune the engine, once installed correctly they are not all that different from one another. If you have ignition and fuel covered it comes down to whether you need the other features in the unit now or at a later stage.
