skidplate bolts

what bolts do I need to reattach my skidplates. They've been off for several years and now my lift is on might hit up some trailes this weekened.

They are 8mm by about 25mm long with a 1.25 thread pitch. I would use a 8.8 or 10.9 class. The ACE by me carries 10.9 flange head hex bolts. This is the type that I supply with my skids.

I thought they were 10mm x 1.25... but i guess i was wrong.

I guess I'll find out tomorrow.

I'll probably go to Race Brothers Farm and Tractor Supply. You buy grade 5 and grade 8 in bulk. I think last time it was about 10 bucks a pound for grade 8.

And I love that skip plate Gerdo. Are you making any other skids plates?

I went with M8x1.25, 20mm long, class 8.8. I don't think grade 8 (or class 10.9) is needed, there's almost no weight on the bolts. That said, McMaster has them for ~$9 for a pack of 50, class 10.9, with a flange head (98093A538). They ship out of the Chicago area.
