Shackle lift

Ok so I got a 2" shackle lift for my 89 pickup to level out the front and back fenders. I guessing I would need shocks that are 3-4" longer than stock, and some new polly bushings, right? Someone told me I would have to check to u-joints and the drive shaft because they would be out of alignment because of the lift. Is this true, and if so what would I do? I have done some research about this and I figured all I need is new shocks. Any feedback would help.

Thanks

Are these a 2" lift shackle or 2" longer than stock?

Shocks should be longer by about the amount of lift, but best to measure and see what you need:

And also, measure your driveshaft angles:

And corrrect if needed:

Then, those are only good for about 1" of lift. You may be fine with your existing shocks, but easy to check and see. Just measure the shock extension at full dropp and compare that with the extended length fo the shocks.
