hey no worries- we who have no hood scoop are always admiring them...even if toytech76 has since moved on to a nice Tundra.

 

For sure. I never see white runners with scoops. I should do it, and you should do it too. Not for 500 beans though.

if you go to the Certifit website the hood is less than $80 if i recall correctly, the expensive part is buying the scoop "bulge" insert and getting the paint matched...and that's why i have a primered sport hood with no insert sitting in my garage

 

Start a group buy for white painted sport hoods in socal .

The hood and the insert (bulge hood) are needed. Just buy it all so you have everything you need.

 

Oh mah lawrd, that is expansive (in Chris Rock voice). Is it ABSOLUTELY needed?

 

Well if you don't buy the bulge then you'll have a gaping hole in it. The hood doesn't come complete at all so it's necessary.
