Well I just finished replacing the timing chain and guides put it all back together. Ran at idle for almost an hour to check for leaks and set timing. Ran great sounded like a new engine. Ran it at higher rpms for 10 to 15 minutes no leaks shut it down for the night. Put the differential back in and tied up all the loose ends. Fired it up reved it up a few times then let it idle for about another ten minutes and back out of the driveway and goto go forward give it gas and it dies. Now it wont crank it has no spark from the coil checked the coil its ok. no blown fuses that i can find. when i jumper the diag box the computer flashes like it as working. there are no codes checked distributor and rotor and wires. I think the ingniter is gone only thing that i cant really run any test on. Does anyone know of anything I might be missing or overlooking. and the fuel system seems to be working fine just no spark!

Here's a ton of them but I used the keyword Toyoa instead of 4runner to widen the search:

You said that it won't crank??
Check the obvious (battery, starter cables, voltage at starter, etc). If everything checks out ok, I fear that your new timing chain may have snapped, jumped time or somehow fell off the cam pulley. Try putting a large socket on the balancer nut on the front of the motor and turning it over by hand.
Pull the valve cover off and check to see if the chain and guides are intact and that the gold/chrome link lines up with the dot on the cam gear (if you can roll the engine over to TDC).
Hopefully it is something simple, cheap and easy..
