Mine started, locked and unlocked before and after I installed the alarm system. I would imagine that if all these features work with your alarm system installed, they should work after you remove it. You may need to reprogram the system after the alarm is pulled, I'm sure there are threads covering the reprogramming procedure.

 

I believe the key to the uninstall is removing the alarm harness completely and plugging the factory harness into the stock location. Once that harness is removed the truck should function like the alarm was never there.
