Replacing stock suspension on Tacoma

Replacing stock suspension on Tacoma
My Stock TRD suspension has finally worn out and I'm looking for replacement. I'm tempted to use the opportunity to lift it via Coil-Over's but I really don't want to spend a fortune right now because my wife and I are expecting our first child. What is a good alternative to the stock suspension?
