I have a 1994 TOYOTA but unfortunately, my dashboard doesn't have the RPM tach.

I was thinking of adding pods along the arm but I wasnt able to find anyone that carried pods for TOYOTA's.

So now, I'm wondering if it's possible replacing my current dash board with a dash board that has all the features. RPM, oil, battery voltage and the features I currently have (Mileage, temp, fuel).

Any suggestions, advice?

i know you can purchase them. If you bought or buy the actual maintance manual for your 4runner it tells you how to take that stuff out.
