Removing the O/D switch???
#1
I am getting a new shifter and was messing around last night trying to get the "T" shifter off and all was going well until I came to the O/D switch. I see two white wires going into the O/D housing, but I coud not get them out. I didn't want to go any further without asking the experts on Yotatech
Has anyone tackled this? It seems like I am missing something easy, as usual!

I think you sent me an email about this. I replied a few minutes ago. If this isn't you Stephen, then I'll do another write up about the shifter.
I have straight shifter handle, not the T handle. I assume the wiring and everything is the same. Can anyone confirm this?

Good Luck
The OD button is not a solder connection as someone in the following post reported, at least not a solder connection you have to deal with.

I think you already looked at this.
You won't need luck, it ain't that bad.
