rear brake bulb replacement

My two tail brake lights are out on my 1999 Runner Limited V6. The third light on the tailgate is working fine. I'm thinking both bulbs are burnt; weird they'd go around the same time. Never the less, how do I access the bulbs and what is the replacement part?? I've done a search and found nothing.

Thanks.

2 10mm bolts holding the housing on, then 2 clips there after (should be able to pop it out by hitting it with the but of your hand) Not 100% sure what the bulb number is then, but I am finding them online with the part #7443
