Re-grounding

Ok, i have been planning to reground for a while, just have trouble finding the time. I am just wondering, i want to re-ground EVERYTHING, because the stock wiring is under-guaged, and almost 15 years old, so im sure its seen better days. Im planning on using 4 or 6 guage wire, and gold plated connections. Considering going the "hub" configuration, rather than the daisychain configuration. I am going to be running a 2 amplifier sound system not too far in the future, (sub amp being 300w bridged, speaker amp being 360w), and gonna be having 6 offroading lights, 2 reverse, 2 rock lights, and 2 street fog lights in the future. So i figure my first step to preparing the truck for the power drain it will have in the recent future, is to reground with quality wires and connections. My question is, what do i need to reground, and where? And what your opinions are.
