Rattle in the rear

Does anybody hava any experience tracking down rattles in a 3rd gen? Everytime my bass hits or going over large bumps I hear an annoying rattle coming from my trunk area in my 98 limited. I have already figured out that if the rear window is not down all the way or up all the way that will shake and rattle ( is it supposed to do that?), but I have another one that sounds like it might be coming from the rear door itself. Where has everybody found to be the most problematic area for rattlin' in 3rd gen runners.

Here is a thread that might help: Linky
(I had the final post on that thread that explains how I fixed a rattle on my back seat latch).
You could also do a search for "rattle" and get lots of other ideas.

Lower your back seats and see if that helps. My latches rattle, so I just put the seats down.

Thanks for the linky, I will try the duct tape on the latch catch. However; mine sounds much more like plastic on metal vibrating or vise versa.
