I have one bolt left in the tranny to disconnect it from the motor should I put a jack under the front end of the tranny? Or will it be alright, it is still mounted in/under the truck.

put something underneath it to catch it... when i disconnected my tranny to swap my engine, it fell down, luckily it got stuck on a crossmember there..... however, the manual said to disconnect the crossmember... had i done that, the trnany would have fallen on me, or the ground... scared the crap out of me.....
