Pro- comp coil spacers....good, bad?
I want to give my truck a little more clearence for my tires and the ground. Would putting in 2.5 inch coil spacers be okay along with better shocks and springs. I figure this is better than a body lift and it actually lifts the frame and not just the body. Would or should I buy all the other stuff that goes into a "real" suspension lift?

these poly spacers work great fo someone wanting just a little more height from their stock vehicle.
this one goes into your stock strut assembely, so you won't require longer shocks.
the procomp one is great because it's split into 2 pieces each side. one goes into the assembely and the other goes ontop of the whole thing. this eliminates a solid 2.5" spacer ontop of the strut that causes a lot of preload on the coil.
it's a good buy. go for it.

If you want the "real" suspension lift look at:
www.sonoransteel.com
They also have Daystar products which are very close to the ProComp stuff.
