Pre runner bar on a 3rd gen?

i that a camburg kit on that taco? with the boxed lowers? I want a prerunner bumper on my 3rd gen, maybe a small area for a winch mt like the altitude guy out of FT.C. for the 2nd gen. but, I do like the style. IMO the procomp one will fold, its only mounted the weak stock bumper. I want mine to the frame! lol
