Well, it's dirtier than it looks.
White paint hides mud & dirt very well.

I just got done a bit ago washing it for the first time since the pic below was taken a few weeks back.

The parking lot here was full of mud that came out of my fender flares, chassis in the wheelwells, ect.

I'd wash the mud out of the driveway here and more would appear afterwards.
It was a real pain to wash this time.

yeah the pics I posted are worse cause the mud would dry and make my hood look white. i really should be cleaning all the mud out of the interior instead of sitting on here and doing my access homework.

This is probably the muddiest my 96 has ever been on film. I hate mud now, its just not worth the cleanup later. Some mud is not as bad as others. The thick chunky mud is the worst. I always avoid that stuff when I can. The soupy wet mud is not so hard to clean up (pictured here). 2 or 3 hours under your truck, covered in mud, is no fun at all.

I must say Joey, your rig is very muddy there.
See my "sliderz" post for a "cleaner" pic

I must have pulled a muscle cleaning all the mud off of mine, as my forarms both hurt.
Maybe it was from lifting the heavy muddy washmitt out of the wash bucket several times

I swear it took me an extra 30 minutes this time just to get all the crud off.

I still need to do the "Lee" trick to my Bushwackers.
You drill a 1" hole at the base of them so you can put a hose up inside to wash away the mud.
For now I just put the hose up above the flares from behind in the wheel well, and a ton of mud comes flying out.

Corey I hear ya man! Gettin em muddy is fun but it really sucks to clean them off when they are in the shape mine is in that pic. Like the saying goes if you wanna play you gotta pay.

when we were done one of the days out there we just stopped by the carwash and sprayed them off. Tried to hit them while they were still wet.

This was last year at Frank Raines off road park. I'll have to hit that place again soon since the rainy season has sorta started.

Some videos.

My best mud picture is from a trail cleanup I did with several Wire guys in March Including Jaderunner, Sherpa4Runner, Jeff the Marmot and several members of the Rising Sun club (Denver area TLCA group). My truck is filled past the roofline with shot up crap we picked up. This is the Lefthand Canyon Playground where a few of us will be Dec. 7th. It was a popular area for target shooters till they made a shooting range over a couple of hills from there. No shooting is allowed there now but there is still a lot of trash there always.

Here it is on Webshots

Hi
As you can see from the bow wave I was just entering this mud hole. I never took any pictures afterwards as my radiator was totally clogged with mud and my Runner had to be stretchered home! Took 2 days, alot of that on my back, to clean out all the crossmembers etc.
