Here's something I threw together using the stitch feature on Arcsoft Photostudio.

It's a little out of proportion in the middle but I think if I fooled with it long enough, I could make it even out. If I get all the pics, I can create 2 different banners. One for the 4Runners and one for the trucks, then have a Land Cruiser thrown in with the trucks to make an even 8 pics. Then stitch the two banners together and throw the Yotatech logo underneath or above.

That looks good Chris.
Only thing is if a banner is to wide, it might make some with 17" and smaller monitors have to scroll their screens sideways on each page.
That can be fixed two ways.
1. Fade aplet (there he goes again
)
The fade aplet could switch between your two banners easily, or even three banners.
Maybe get that guy on the forum who owns 3 FJ40s to get you a few pics.
He's got the animated avatar that switches between a sweet light turquoise FJ40, and his 3rd gen.
2. Take the two banners and make then GIFs, then animate then to switch every 5 seconds or so.
I have a neat free GIF Animator from Microsoft that is not available anymore here.
http://www.pnw4runners.net/temp/MS%20GIF%20Animator.zip 1 mb
I got it several years ago, then had to find it after a bad format, and could only find it on one site.
MS took it off their site as far as I can tell several years ago.
Very simple program, you just drag & drop your pics into the frames, then adjust the speed and whether you want the image to animate forever, or only cycle a few times.
I used it to animate the jet fighter smilie here in the smilie section.

Ok here's a better idea of what I was thinking:
I know the first rig is actually a truck, but I was searching hastily and couldn't find a 1st gen runner in action. All I need now is a pic of a Land Cruiser in action and a pic of a 1st gen 4Runner in action. I'll make another banner and mesh it right underneath this one for a pic of all 8 rigs. I'll have to be creative to fit "Yotatech" in there somewhere but I already have a few ideas on that.

True, I forgot about it running slower on dialup.
I have been on cable for over 3 years and take it for granted.
An animated GIF banner may be the best bet then to switch to show several rigs.

How about this
What about a pic with the respective Truck (pickup/taco) & and Runner side by side by generations. That might satisfy us all on the board. I know that most of you guy's drive 4Runners but their are some of us that love trucks as well. From what I have seen so far I don't think I could pick just one proposed logo design they all look great. I kind of like the idea of having multiple banners that rotate every ?? mins. Just my $.02 I'm just a pebble in the grand scheme of things.

OK, what we would like is about 3 banners with all 4 gens on one for the 4Runners, and all 4 trucks for the trucks, and then another one for a T100, Tundra, and perhaps an FJ40 and a newer LC.
They all should be the same pixel width & height so they will look good when animated.
And the name "YotaTech.com" should appear in the same place on each banner.
What I was thinking of was take an early truck '79 to '83 I think it is for the early one, then the next gen of trucks like Shane's, then the '89 to '95 style, then the Tacoma.
That can be one banner.
For the 4Runner one Todd has some cool pics of his 1st gen here.

If no one has any 4th gens in action, there are a few of Jon's from the 4th gen test that is listed on the "YotaTech on the web" link on the main page here.
Then a 3rd banner of a T100, Tundra, and a few LCs.
Preferably 4 pics to each banner.
I have some pics of Drew's new Tundra up at Greenwater from a few months back here.

Wow. There are some really cool ideas being posted. I'm looking forward to seeing what the final decision would come down too.
When are the new Tacomas coming out? Aren't they coming out next year? Should we wait until then to make a new banner? I would like to see a new banner up before then, but I'm just trying to think things out in the long run. Or at least have a banner that would be easily changed. I dunno. Just a thought.
Have fun all.

That's another thing to consider... do we update the logo every time Toyota brings out a new design? What about if the new FJ40 hits the market? Update it again? That could turn out to be a pretty big logo. I think we should limit it to what most people on this board drive.
