Looks sharp bro. Did I see an XM antennae on the side rear?? If so, sweet. Exhaust looks great as well. What did the Remote start run ya? And is an alarm part of the package? Thanks in advance.

I have been reading this forum for a while now and finally registered. I just bought a 2004 4Runner and was also considering the Borla exhaust. Did you have that installed or do it yourself? How much did it run you? I have been looking around and can't find it. Anyone else have any info?

bool,
I just bought the Borla dual exhaust for my 03 V8 from http://www.exhaustproslinc.com

They're based in Nebraska and don't stock that particular exhaust system but they ordered it for me directly from Borla for $675 + $30 shipping. I received it on my doorstep 2 days later. I'm in California and Borla is based in California so that's probably why I got it so fast.

Anyway, I highly recommend buying it from them. The rep I spoke to was named Angela. Their price was by far the cheapest I could find online.

I had it installed by a local shop but I probably could have done it myself. It sounds great, although it gets a little loud inside (resonates) at around 2000 rpms when lightly accelerating. I'm not sure if it's supposed to sound that way or not, but it's no big deal to me.

exhaustproslinc.com is one of the cheapest exahaust sites on the net. Not many places will beat their prices... especially for Borla products.

Just enough to know you got some power! It really adds to the 4Runner!

It is a must! I love them, but my drivers seat is getting kinda wrinkled looking from wear and tear.

No XM, it is just a fake anrennae to look cool.
The remote start was $600. It is aftermarket.
here is a link about it: http://www.drdetailshop.com/V791XV.htm

You should treat your leather. I have had mine for one year this month and have already treated the leather 4 times. I did this in one of my old cars and the leather gets so soft, plus it is just good for protection. I usually use all Griot's Garage stuff for my truck, but for my leather I use Zymol Treat.

Your truck looks really good! I would love the get the exhaust but don't think I would be able to sneak that under the wife's radar....

I have always ordered mine from here:

http://www.emmonscoachworks.com/

I have also seen a Zymol Leather cleaning kit at Target. As much as I like all of the Griot's Garage products, I might order some of theirs next time to try out.

http://www.griotsgarage.com/index.jsp

Which ever leather product you use, just let you truck sit out in the sun to get the seats warm before you apply the product. This will open up the pores of the leather and let more be absorbed. That will help protect it and make it soft over time. I have even left the truck running for a little while with the heater on....if the sun wasn't out.

I just realized you are in Tuscaloosa. Do you ever come over to Birmingham? I would love to check out you exhaust in person.
