Paint alloy?

I'm a powder coater and yes you can powder coat them. Its all in the prep work...as long as you get a good etch on your pretreatment and your powder is applied the right MIL thickness it asks on the company's data sheets then it should bake on properly and have good strength. More durable than painting. Tiger Drylac makes excellent powder and they have a "Super Durable" line of powder that I think is what you might be looking for.
