UPDATE 11/12/06:
Replaced the aftermarket FPR and hose w/ adapter with the stock FPR.
The first thing I noticed after the first few minutes of the truck warming up and idling is the ticking or buzzing noise is not present. After driving around for awhile and getting the truck to normal operating temperature, it's fairly quiet.

WOT appears to be back! At WOT, max boost (7.5psi on gauge w/ 65F ambient, but i know that reading is not accurate) around 2krpm, the truck moves. For now, WOT is working. I'm going to drive around a few more gallons worth before I declare the issue fixed.

Thanks to Gadget for working with me with the stock FPR. I'll definitely return the old one or stock one soon.

I'm glad my findings can help another member. That's the beauty and essence of the forum: To share our learnings.

Keep crawlin',
J
