Ordering Wet Okole's

Tips:
FIRST - ORDER DIRECT!! I'm sure none of this would've happened if I did...I'm not blaming or flaming anyone - just simply telling my experience so it doesn't happen to you...

SECOND - Don't drop ship anything made in the "main land" that was ordered in Hawaii - even if it is in big bold letters written across the top of the purchase order!! & BY THE WAY - WET OKOLES ARE MADE IN COSTA MESA, CA.... I think I read that somewhere else & just plain forgot.

THIRD - Don't use a different shipping address than your billing address. This apparently confuses people, even if there is a phone # to reach either address. (Girlfriends idea - whole 'nother story!!)

FORTH - When you call to track these things down, get the person's name who you've talked to. Otherwise, each time you call you're starting all over again.....this is a given, but sometimes I forget or the person on the other end seems to have a fire to put out & can't talk for more than 5 seconds....

After all this & 3 calls, I was given a DHL tracking number w/ 1 too many digits & was told it was shipped on the 15th - when in fact it was still there @ Wet Okole & was on "hold" cause things on the PO didn't jive. The guy @ Wet Okole appolgized & offered next day shipping - so I was cool w/ that. It's not that I need them yesterday or anything, but when you got $500 seat covers floating around in limbo, ya kinda want to know where they are!!

AGAIN - I'm NOT trying to put Wet Okole's name down here - if it's anyone's fault it's mine for thinking they were made in Hawaii still! This would've never happened if I'd have remembered that!!

Now I can't wait till they get here !!!!!

I kind of wish I had ordered Wet Okoles instead of the Performance Products seat covers. They are nice, but I kind of expected nicer for $187. (Two front buckets)

Hey Brian,

Mind if I ask what you paid for just the fronts? Do you have SR5 seats?

Thanks!

You guys will love them, I have had them on my truck for about 3 years now and really want a set for the 4Runner. Expensive but worth it!
