Optima battery tray on ebay

I just bought a R34 today and it didn't come with the tray to raise the battery to the correct position. I tried calling Optima but they have discon't the tray. I also tried summit, jegs, and sounddomain and they are all shown out of stock.

Has anyone had any experience with this tray/cover from ebay?

Thanks sorry for all the optima questions lately

That is the tray you need--Surprise to see someone actually selling one-- I got mine free from Optima when I bought by 34R Red Top--Also surprise to hear that Optima stop handing them out--- I got mine a week after calling them and they sent it free of charge...that dude on ebay is making some money off of it though...

He said he tried, They Discontinued it. But I'm not so sure they discontinued it as they changed the design. I got one with my red top and it looks dieereft then that.

I didn't get one with my red-top, so I used a couple of layers of scrap plywood that I had around. Worked fine.

That looks different than the one I got. Looks more like a cover for the top than a spacer for under the battery. The red spacer I got was too tall and I didn't use it.

Thank you guys for your help, I emailed him and asked if it could be used as an adapter plate and his response was maybe.

I don't know maybe I will stick with my block of wood for now
