Hi there, welcome to the board, I believe you are talking about the OME trim packers...Thin yellow spacers right?

Are you needing more lift? Are you wanting to place some more trim packers in the front? If so, you will need to remove the coil and strut assembly to complete.

Hope this helps!

And to put my 2 cents in, the front OME Trim Packers go UNDERNEATH the lower spring seat. They do NOT go on top tof the spring assembly like all other spacers. So, the whole front assemblies will have to be dismantled to install the front OME Trim Packers.

They are not yellow, but instead little donuts of zic-plated metal. The go around the shock body and in between the lower spring seat and the bottom spring seat stop that is part of the shock body.

I found this out the hard way. Even an OME dealer didn't know this.

Hope this helps.

Are you referring to me as the OME dealer who did not know this?

When he was referring to having OME in all 4 corners I was thinking he was wanting to add some to the rear now that he has them up front. The rear ones are yellow...

Rear trim packers are "plastic" and yellow.

Front trim packers are "metal" and metallic in color.

Was the spacer you put in 5mm in thickness and described as above?

If so, and it was put on top of the assembly, it was put in the wrong place.

tradditional spacers are put in like this:

No, not at all Mike. I bought some from a local OME dealer who didn't know what was what. I even spoke with ARB in Seattle before buying them and they didn't understand the application either.

I know you know what's what.

Peace.
